- Sponsor and Partner Inquiries: When you express interest in sponsoring or hosting a ClawCon event, we collect your name, email, company, and details about your inquiry.
- Newsletter Subscriptions: When you subscribe to our newsletter or attend an event, we collect your name and email address.
- Communications: When you contact us via email or other channels, we collect the content of your messages and any information you choose to provide.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

- Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate our business, including Luma (event registration), SendGrid (email communications), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), and Supabase (data storage). These providers access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
- Regional Partners: If you attend a ClawCon event organized with a local chapter partner, your registration information may be shared with that partner for event coordination purposes.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Photography and Recording at Events
ClawCon events are photographed and video recorded. By attending, you grant ClawCon a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness, voice, and statements captured during the event for a period of three (3) years. This usage is strictly limited to the promotion, marketing, and archival reporting of ClawCon-branded events and may not be sold or licensed to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a ClawCon team member at the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
